This historic former railway company building near Termini station was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century and overlooks Piazza dei Cinquecento or the green garden.
Today there are 177 rooms available for booking. The interiors are dominated by shades of white and ivory with bright-colored accents. Among the garden vegetation is a fragment of the Servius Wall, built, according to tradition, by Servius Tullius, the sixth king of Rome (he lived in the 6th century B.C.; however, the remains of the wall date back to the 4th century B.C. The proximity to Termini is convenient because you can easily take buses or the subway from the station to any part of the city.
